Booking Terms and Conditions

Deposits and Payments:

• $500 per person non-refundable deposit will hold your spot.

• Full payment due 90 days prior to arrival, or April 21, 2018.

• Note: Rooms are not guaranteed until reserved!

Cancellations:

• $500 per person deposit forfeited.

• Cancellation 30-45 days prior to arrival date: 50% penalty.

• Cancellation 8-29 days prior to arrival date: no refund provided, but credit given to same individual (transferable) toward a future reservation made within one year of original travel dates.

• Cancellations made 7 days or less before arrival date and No-Shows: no refund or credit will be given.

• Unused services a stay at the resort are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Other discounts or promotional offers are not combinable with this offer.

• No refunds for flights cancellations, acts of God, war or terrorism, etc.

• Cancelled Camps: Casa Kickapoo and its partner instructors reserve the right to cancel any camp due to inadequate sign-ups which make the camp economically unfeasible to operate. In such a case, a full refund is given, but Casa Kickapoo and its partners are not responsible for additional expenses incurred by guests in preparation to the trip (nonrefundable advance purchase air tickets, visa fees if applicable, equipment, medical expenses, etc)

Children Reservations:

• Promotional child rates for children 5 to 9 years, staying in same room with adults.

• Children 4 years old and below are Free-of-Charge, sharing room with adult; meals are also Free-of Charge.

• Children 10 years old and above are considered adult.

• Dolphin Scuba Summer Camp is offered each year during the months of June, July and August ONLY.

• Reservations with children must be booked by us by calling our offices at 714-369-8317 or by sending an email to info@casakickapoo.com.

• A copy of child’s passport will be required.
