Booking Terms and Conditions

 

Your registration is considered a contract between you and Casa Kickapoo.

Can I reserve a spot and pay later?
Yes, a $500 nonrefundable deposit will hold your spot.

Do I have to pay the entire fee upfront?
No, but full payment is due 90 days prior to first camp start date, or November 10th, 2017.

Please note that due to the nature of our business we are unable to make any refunds even though you cannot make it to the camp. Under very special circumstances we might consider case by case scenarios, but will require a medical certificate. If your case is valid we will refund up to 50% of the camp fee provided we get a written notice 4 weeks prior to the camp start date.

In the event you cannot make it and decide to transfer by selling your spot to someone else, please let us know by email the new guest information. Or have them contact us directly. Casa Kickapoo and/or our partner instructors are not responsible to sell your spot or collect any money on your behalf.

If contact info changes after registration please let us know ASAP so we can update our records and you don’t stop receiving important camp announcements.

Cancelled Camps: Casa Kickapoo and its partner instructors reserve the right to cancel any camp due to inadequate sign-ups which make the camp economically unfeasible to operate. In such a case, a full refund is given, but Casa Kickapoo and its partners are not responsible for additional expenses incurred by guests in preparation to the trip (nonrefundable advance purchase air tickets, visa fees if applicable, equipment, medical expenses, etc).

Casa Kickapoo and its partner instructors are not liable for any injuries that may happen at the camps.

We will be sending out Guest Emergency Contact Forms and Waivers to confirmed guests to be filled out, signed and emailed to us before your arrivals.

Casa Kickapoo and its partner instructors are not responsible for any personal belongings while you stay with us. It is your responsibility to keep your stuff safe. This is a very safe environment and we have never had an incident with lost or stolen stuff.

We reserve the right to ask rowdy, inconsiderate guests to leave the property immediately if for some reason we feel they compromise the safety of other guests, staff or property. If this happens, the camp fee is non-refundable. This is very unlikely, as we have never had such incident. Everybody that shows up to our camps are exceptional human beings.
