What’s Included?
Rental includes the entire property on both sides of the peninsula with direct access to the estuary and ocean. We provide daily maid service. The housekeeper cleans swimming pool and gardens every morning between 7:00am and 9:00am. The maid cleans the entire house everyday between 7:00am and 11:00am. When included, she prepares and serves breakfast for the entire group at once between 7:00am and 10:30 am.
Unlike a hotel or resort, Casa Kickapoo is a beach rental that offers the following as complimentary: two 5 gallons drinking water jugs, one propane gas tank for the stove, one propane gas tank for the grill, one roll of toilette paper per bathroom. If you run out of any of these items you can refill at several nearby roadside shops. Please bring anything else you will need, including bathroom and beach towels.
Internet/Cable TV/Telephone Service: Complimentary Wi-Fi and Cable TV
Amenities: 42’ Plasma TV, DVD player, movies, books, magazines, board games, ping pong table, volley ball
Washer/Dryer: Water is a commodity on this peninsula. We are on a well system and can’t use this water to do laundry. We have a 5000 liter container that we need to try to keep as full as possible. We have 2 washers and 1 dryer.

Restaurants/Night Life: There are several great seafood restaurants close by, most of them deliver. There is limited night life at Costa del Sol; the party is at Casa Kickapoo!
